I am on a mission to help marketers and leaders thrive, create impact, and grow their business!

Why am I so passionate about this?

Early in my career, I was given the chance to lead the marketing team at Life Fitness Benelux with a bold goal: build a top-performing team and become the market leader in three European countries.

Despite being relatively new to such a big role, I exceeded every commercial target and thrived.

I owe much of that success to the incredible mentorship and support I received. It gave me the courage to step out of my comfort zone, take risks, and continuously grow, all while feeling safe and supported. I was energised, driven, and absolutely loved it!

That experience shaped my career, and it inspired me to help other marketers do the same—grow in their careers while driving business success.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to build and lead amazing marketing teams and drive business results in various industries throughout the world.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been in the entrepreneurial space. I know firsthand what it takes to build a business from the ground up, which I’ve done both in the marketing consulting and in the team/personal development space.

I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with over 200 companies globally — across Europe, Australia, Asia, and the US — to shape their growth through tailored strategic marketing, and by uplifting their marketing and leadership teams.

Mentoring and coaching are at the heart of my work. I’ve supported more than 150 marketers in evolving into confident, impactful leaders. As a facilitator, presenter, and educator, I love sparking new ideas around business and people growth.

Now, I work with marketers and leaders globally, guiding them through their business, career, and personal growth journeys, either via my personalised services or my group coaching programs.

On a personal note, I’ve travelled the world, immersing myself in different cultures, and I’m also the proud mother of twin boys who inspire me every day. Life is a great adventure, and I believe in making every moment count.

I hold an MBA from Maastricht University, and I speak five languages. My work is grounded in trust, curiosity, continuous improvement, and the belief that we’re stronger together. I also firmly believe in walking the talk and that there is always a way.
