Don’t we all need to have some time out now and then to refresh and re-energise ourselves? To step away and look at our business and personal life from a new perspective? To still our minds and spend some time in nature, to stimulate our creative thinking? I am going to do just that at the end of June.
I will be joining Natalie Almond on her luxury 7-day chakra yoga retreat on Kadavu Island, Fiji from June 13 – June 22.
During this week Natalie will take us on a journey through the main chakra system, cleansing and nourishing a chakra a day with the aim to help us reprogram our way of thinking and being.
There will be yoga, meditation, island activities, relaxation and beautiful organically grown food, all in a beautiful, serene environment – the yoga room is right on the beach.
After this week, we should not only feel de-stressed and refreshed, but we should go home taking on life in a different way, creating positive change. Natalie Almond has been a true inspiration for me over the last 4 years. She has helped me change from running around on high adrenaline all day to being calm, relaxed and well balanced, all through the power of her ‘alchemy’ yoga classes.
Natalie’s teachings are based on balancing the ph balance (acid-alkaline) of the body, bringing the sides (left-right, sun-moon, male-female, liver-spleen, yin-yang and mind-body) of the body into balance.
I can tell you that I’ve benefited immensely from Natalie’s classes and keep learning new things from her all the time. The other week Natalie educated me and my family about the benefits of essential oils and gave us all an amazing Aroma Touch massage.
I’ve asked Natalie to do a well-being workshop for all my friends on Friday 12th of April from 6pm – 9pm at my place in Coogee.
During this workshop Natalie will share her insights on

- How to be more relaxed around the people you love
- How to switch off at night after a full day of work
- And how to have a more restful sleep
