We all know that sitting at a desk for long periods of time is damaging to our health and results in a stiff neck, shoulders, back, and strained eyes.

With this in mind, we’ve partnered with Natalie Almond, owner and yoga teacher at Anahata Yoga Space, to bring you 8 minutes of exercises that you can do at your desk.

 

 

These exercises can be done any time and you’ll receive maximum benefit if you do them a few times a day.

 

 

Anahata Yoga Space offers small classes with breathtaking views of the ocean. Located on northern Maroubra headlead, Natalie’s studio is the ideal city retreat and offers yoga, events, weekend retreats and urban day retreats. The next retreat is being held on 16 – 18 June 2017 at Forgotten Valley Country Retreat, Wisemen’s Ferry, just over an hour from Sydney.
